Harvard, Huskies getting ready

A FEW NOTES from Gampel Pavilion before the Huskies and Crimson get underway.

— IT LOOKS AS if that change to the starting lineup coach Kevin Ollie talked about Thursday is going to happen.

Junior center Enosch Wolf will make his first career start tonight, replacing Tyler Olander.

DeAndre Daniels has been battling a sore back but he went through shootaround earlier on Friday and will give it go this evening.

— THE OTHER HUSKY who is still dealing with an injury is guard R.J. Evans.

But the grad student’s sternoclavicular issue appears to be nearly behind him and he’s ready to play tonight.

Evans has plenty of experience against Harvard, having already played four games against the Crimson while at Holy Cross.

Evans scored 10, 12, 13 and 13 points in those four contests but his teams were a painful 0-4 in those games.

He’s itching to be on the winning end against this team.

— IN CASE YOU missed it, here’s today’s story previewing the game from the JI’s website.
